Terms & Conditions Of The Big Move Online

1. By using the BMO website you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions
2. We will not be liable for any computer virus transmitted through BMO. It is your responsibility to use up to date ant-virus software.
3. BMO will not be liable in any way for any damages caused by the use of information supplied by BMO or the BMO website. It is your responsibility to verify all information supplied by BMO with the correct authorities and organisations. 

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you by email which you provided during the registration process or via an announcement on the BMO website. If you do not agree to the amendments of the terms and conditions you must cease to use the BMO site immediately. If you continue to use the site after the date the changes have been made, this will indicate your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.

Sellers

1. The Big Move Online (BMO) is an online advertising service only. BMO does not does not communicate with potential buyers for your property. It is your responsibility to arrange viewings, take phone calls and negotiate the sale.
2. You must instruct a Home Information Pack Provider to prepare your Home Information Pack before activating your account with BMO. If you do not, you will be liable for a £200 per day fine by the government for every day your property is marketed without a Home Information Pack.
3. If an estate agent is marketing your property you must make sure you contract permits you to advertise with a third party such as BMO. If you have a ‘sole agency’ contract then you are within your rights to advertise with BMO, although we recommend you discuss this with your estate agent first.
4. You may only list one property per advert.
5. The text and photographs used in your advert must only describe the property you are advertising. You must not advertise any other goods or services in any way.
6. You must gain full permission to use any text or photographs created by any third parties, for example estate agents.
7. You may only upload one photograph per image. Multiple photographs uploaded as one image are not permitted. BMO reserve the right to suspend an advert or remove multiple photograph images from the website.
8. The information you submit to BMO for your advert must be accurate. It must not mislead any potential buyers.
9. Each property you advertise incurs a listing fee. We will not advertise your property until we receive the correct fee in full.
10. For technical reasons it may take 24 hours for your advert to appear on the BMO website and up to 48 hours to appear on our portal websites.
11. If your advertising package includes a for sale sign this may take up to 5-7 working days to arrive.
12. You must place your for sale sign in a safe place, which must take into account local rules and regulations.
13. If the for sale sign needs to be replaced for any reason beyond our control you may incur a charge.
14. BMO is not in any way involved in negotiations that you may enter into with a potential buyer.
15. If you have not logged into your account for more than 60 days you will receive an automated email asking if you require your account to stay open. If BMO do not receive a reply in 14 days then your advert will no longer be displayed and your account will be closed down.
